On May 7, Wuhu Conch New Material Co.,Ltd.’s deputy general manager Wang Xiaolong and deputy director of the supply department Xia Liujin invested Jiangxi Hongyuan Chemical & Industry Co., Ltd.     

During the inspection, deputy general manager Wang and deputy director Xia firstly heard the basic situation of Jiangxi Hongyuan Chemical & Industry; then accompanied by the company’s general manager Wu Luliang and vice general manager Wu Huiliang，Hong Ying, invested company’s subordinate units: Yichun rubber & plastic additives engineering and technology research center and production workshop of Zinc stearate, calcium stearate and lead stearate; finally on matters of mutual interest and long-term cooperation, both sides had a depth and friendly conversation.

Wuhu Conch New Materials Co., LTD was one of the 150 companies in Conch groups; it was a sino-foreign joint investment holding company by Wuhu Conch Profiles Science and Technology Co., Ltd. The company was established in 1999, and it was an enterprise specializing in developing, producing and selling new materials. It has 108 production lines and 10 production bases, only plastic profile’s annual output can reach 800000 tons. Meanwhile Jiangxi Hongyuan Chemical & Industry Co. Ltd was a high-tech enterprise producing plastic heat stabilizer and lubricant for 15 years, the kind of production concluded seven big series and 68 varieties. By depth conversation, both sides knew more about each other’s technology, talents, product, scale and strength. Then two sides agreed that establish long-term strategic partnership with each other is helpful to the realization of the two companies’ complementary advantage and mutual win-win. At last, both sides had a verbal agreement that Conch New Material Co.,Ltd would bought Jiangxi Hongyuan Chemical & Industry Co., Ltd.’s zinc stearate, calcium stearate and lead stearate.
