This summer, Jiangxi Hongyuan Chemical has ushered in two batches of interns from East China University of Technology and Jiangxi Science and Technology Normal University, the students with youthful vitality and the prospect of internship life came to Jiangxi Hongyuan Chemical Co., Ltd. and began a formal internship life.

In order to help the freshmen to better adapt to the new environment, quickly change roles and integrate into the enterprise, the company organized the welcome party. Technical vice president Hong Ying, production manager Yan Lingxiang, technical& quality manager Zou Qiulan, office supervisor Wu Yanling and other leaders attended the welcome ceremony.

On behalf of the company, Mrs Hong expressed a warm welcome to all the students and introduced the development history and achievements of the company.

1st, hope the students complete the role transformation as soon as possible, integrate into the company , strengthen learning at work, pay attention to communication, to be a young person with dreams; 2nd, have the courage to endure hardships, willing to contribute to the spirit; 3rd  to apply the theoretical knowledge from book transfer to practice, combine theory with practice, improve the comprehensive quality, improve personal skills, and achieve win-win development of the company and individuals.

After the meeting, according to the students' professional direction and personal wishes, the company assigned jobs to the students, identified the tutor,  students happily go back their respective jobs.
