On July 1st, coinciding with the Party's birthday, interns from the 2022 cohort of Jiangxi Science and Technology Normal University stepped into Hongyuan Chemical, filled with anticipation for their professional journey. They embarked on a significant two-month internship titled "Internships Ignite Dreams, Embarking on a New Journey Together." The company held a carefully prepared welcome ceremony, attended by Vice President Hong Ying, heads of relevant departments, and mentors, all expressing a warm welcome and high expectations for the interns.

At the ceremony, Vice President Hong Ying extended a warm welcome to the two interns on behalf of the company and reviewed the longstanding achievements of the university-enterprise collaboration between Hongyuan Chemical and Jiangxi Science and Technology Normal University. She emphasized that past interns had gained valuable practical experience at the company. She expressed hope that the new interns would quickly adapt to the corporate environment, gain a deep understanding of Hongyuan's culture, diligently learn and refine their skills during the internship to lay a solid foundation for their future careers. She also looked forward to outstanding talents eventually establishing their careers at Hongyuan and growing together.
