     The summer breeze brushes through days of hard work, and growth blossoms quietly in the sweat. On August 20, Jiangxi Hongyuan Chemical Co., Ltd. held a farewell party for undergraduate interns majoring in Applied Chemistry from the Class of 2022 at Jiangxi Science and Technology Normal University. Department heads, mentors, and interns gathered together, sharing reflections and expectations woven from their internship experiences.  

     Two interns shared their gains and insights from the two-month internship, expressing deep gratitude to the company for providing a valuable practical platform, to the leaders and mentors for their attentive guidance, and to colleagues for their warm support. They noted that through this internship, they not only deepened their understanding of theoretical knowledge but also enhanced their practical skills and professional competence. Moreover, they experienced firsthand the excellent corporate culture and team atmosphere at Hongyuan Chemical. This experience will become a significant chapter in their career journey, and they will carry these gains and inspirations forward as they courageously pursue their dreams in academia and beyond.  

     The mentors spoke highly of the two interns, praising their rapid growth, proactive attitude, and diligent efforts. They offered sincere career advice and heartfelt blessings, hoping that the students, having gained a favorable impression of the company, might choose to join the organization in the future or recommend it to their peers.
