– Wu Lvliang, General Manager of Jiangxi Hongyuan Chemical, Honored as Gold Alumni Mentor of Yichun University and Appointed Standing Council Member of the Third Council of Yichun University Alumni Association  

 Morning of November 30, 2025, the *Third Council Meeting of Yichun University Alumni Association and the Second Council Meeting of the Education Development Foundation* was successfully held. Alumni representatives from oversea and local returned to their alma mater to partake in this grand event, renewing friendships and jointly exploring future development. During the meeting, Wu Lvliang, Chairman of Jiangxi Hongyuan Chemical Co., Ltd. and President of the Yichun University Shanghai Alumni Association, was appointed as a standing council member of the Third Council of Yichun University Alumni Association.  That afternoon, a lively alumni development forum was held in the academic lecture hall of the Science and Technology Building. Alumni representatives from various regions took the stage to share insightful experiences. Cai Haisheng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of the university, affectionately reviewed the institution’s achievements and the contributions of its alumni, outlined prospects for university-local and university-enterprise cooperation, and presented alumni mentor appointment letters to the representatives.

Same day, the *2025 Alumni Mentor Forum and Exchange Symposium*, organized by the School of Intelligent Manufacturing and Materials Chemical Engineering, was successfully held. Centered on the theme of "Uniting Alumni Strength · Empowering Talent Growth," the forum invited eight outstanding alumni representatives from various industries to engage in exchanges. Wu Lvliang, Chairman of Jiangxi Hongyuan Chemical Co., Ltd. and President of the Shanghai Alumni Association, joined fellow alumni representatives in sharing insights on the growth path "From Campus to Workplace," drawing from their practical experiences in corporate management and technological research and development. He particularly emphasized the importance of "a solid academic foundation combined with sustained industry engagement" for career development, encouraging students to define their goals and boldly pursue practical experience, thereby offering actionable growth advice to current students.

Following deliberation at the School's Party and Administration Joint Meeting, Chairman Wu Lvliang was officially appointed as a "Gold Alumni Mentor" of Yichun University, with the appointment term lasting from November 30, 2025, to November 29, 2029. This appointment not only represents a significant step in advancing the "Alumni Mentor System" as part of the School’s educational mechanism but also marks a new phase in university-enterprise collaborative education.

As an outstanding alumnus of Yichun University, Chairman Wu Lvliang has always been dedicated to supporting the development of his alma mater. With years of deep expertise in the chemical industry, he has accumulated extensive industry experience and management wisdom. During his recent return to participate in a series of events, he joined fellow alumni in witnessing the growth and transformation of the university. At the forum, he shared his personal insights on career development and provided industry guidance for current students, demonstrating the profound affection and sense of responsibility that alumni hold in giving back to their alma mater.

The conferment of the honorary title of "Gold Alumni Mentor" to Chairman Wu Lvliang not only fully acknowledges his professional achievements and dedication to nurturing talent but also serves as a significant opportunity to further deepen the collaboration between Jiangxi Hongyuan Chemical and Yichun University.
