Description:

Boric ester-type coupling agent is a white or yellowy powder or solid, mainly used in the processing of rigid and soft PVC products, increasing the addition of CaCO3 (calcium carbonate) by 20-30%. It applies to the processing of  PP, PE, Nylon .it also applies to the polyester or epoxy powder coatings, modifying inorganic fillers such as BaSO4, CaCO3 etc., increasing  amount of these inorganic fillers by 20-30%, leveling property and efficiency of overlay powder. Thus it not only improves the quality of products but also saves the production cost.

Properties:

It provides excellent modification effect on the surface of inorganic fillers (Barium sulfate, Calcium carbonate, Talcum powder,  Aluminium hydroxide,  silica, Wollastonite, Pottery clay etc.), then greatly improves the compatibility between inorganic fillers and  macromolecule materials, and dispersibility of inorganic fillers, meanwhile improve the internal & external lubricating ,plasticizing performance and the inner and outer appearance of the macromolecular products.
