There are 28 staffs in R & D Center, including 4 senior titles, 16 middle titles, 8 junior titles, among of which are 1 doctor  degree, 1 master degree, 10 undergraduates.

R & D personnels have a good command of complete knowledge structure in such majors as mechanical, electrical and mechanical, polymer materials, chemical and others. This knowledge structure can better meet the technology needs of R&D center
